I used to take daily walks around our local hospital grounds, thinking deep thoughts and so forth; and every now and then I’d see a couple of guys pushing a long metal trolley, which would have random things scattered on the top, and white curtains hanging below. It was only when I saw them wheeling it through the door labelled “Mortuary” that I figured out this was how they moved bodies around without freaking people out.
